Pk64 Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

01 General Provisions

Pk64 (https://pk64.pro) is a licensed online gaming and betting platform operating in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between pk64 and its users. You must accept these terms before using any pk64 services.

Pk64 reserves the right to modify its services, promotions, or Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with pk64, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. If any condition is not met, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

Registration Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old. pk64 may request a national ID or passport at any time to verify your age.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be cancelled.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Submitting false information is a serious breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

KYC Verification

Pk64 complies with national and international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As a result, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals or transactions above a certain threshold. Documents required for verification:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• A selfie or video verification may be required.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.

• Pk64 reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal where money laundering is suspected.
• Withdrawals are processed using the same method used for the deposit.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pk64 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While these offers are designed to benefit users, compliance with their specific terms is mandatory.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for gameplay use only.
• Winnings may be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Free spins or free bets are generally valid for 7 days.
• Using the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

Referral Bonus

You can earn a bonus by inviting friends through the pk64 referral program. However, artificially generating referrals will result in all associated accounts being cancelled and all bonuses being forfeited.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on pk64 Sports Betting and other gaming sections.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pk64 reserves the right to void any suspicious bet, particularly where evidence of technical exploitation or manipulation is found.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with pk64's policy.
• Casino and fish games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and transparent outcomes.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, pk64 will refund the bet for that round.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk64 platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Manipulating the bonus system or obtaining bonuses through artificial means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities on pk64.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Pk64 may suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances.

• In cases of breach of Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If any suspicious transactions or signs of fraud are detected.
• At the direction of a legal authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed, any refund of valid balances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms will not be refunded.

• In any dispute regarding betting outcomes, pk64's decision is final.
